We have worked with several European Scale-ups as they work to enter the US market. Not only will we help you establish or expand your US based team but we will help guide you as you learn and navigate the cultural differences that will undoubtedly come up through the process.
If you’re just getting started with your expansion we are happy to provide guidance to resources that can help you establish your US entity and handle administrative tasks such as benefits and payroll.
We have experience recruiting for anything from administrative support to organizational leaders and have worked with small to large companies in a wide range of industries.
Our approach is more focused on finding a fit for your team than making a placement for a commission. We have worked in house and “get it” from both sides of the process. Culture fit is a key factor for our success.
